Online College Courses for High School Students

Tuition & Costs

At a reduced tuition rate, earning UNL credits won't break the bank. Courses are offered at a reduced tuition rate — almost half the cost of on-campus courses:

Tuition for the 2009-2010 academic year:
  • $100 per credit hour for Nebraska residents
  • $187.00 for out-of-state residents

There are no additional University fees.

Nebraska students may qualify for the Access College Early (ACE) Scholarship. Learn More

Application to the Advanced Scholars program
Students will need to submit a one-time $45 application fee when applying to the Advanced Scholars program.

Textbooks and Course Materials (vary by course)
Some courses may require textbooks, e-books and materials identified by the instructor. For information on course materials visit the bookstore.

Students will receive an e-mail from the Advanced Scholars program informing them how and where to purchase their Advanced Scholars course materials and textbooks. This information is also sent to the counselor or local school contact for each student applicant.
