The computer and Blackboard™ Helpdesk is available for questions

Whether you need help using Blackboard or need some assistance for technological challenges, we have the right people and resources to help you stay on track with your coursework.

There is also help available within Blackboard. While logged into Blackboard you may: Go to Help at the top of the screen at any time to search a growing knowledge base of helpful articles or list of common downloads all of which are available 24 hours a day. If you can't find the answer, create a support request, which will be addressed during regular business hours.

You must be logged into Blackboard before clicking Help to submit a request. You're encouraged to interact with support staff as much as you'd like, and to track/update your case using this built-in support system.

Call Out Note: It is a good idea to take online tests during Helpdesk hours in case you have problems with your computer or connection. Just make sure you identify yourself as an Advanced Scholars student.
